M-F, No Call, and WORK/LIFE/BALANCE!Perform Health Risk Assessments on geriatric patients in their homes, local nursing home, and skilled nursing facilitiesSee approximately 6 patients per day autonomouslyJoin a team of Nurse Practitioners whose collaborative care goal is to improve the healthcare of geriatrics, and reduce inappropriate hospitalizationscompany car$105K annual salary!!!Great pay, full comprehensive benefits, and EXCEPTIONAL PTO provided!To join, you will need:
