As a Learning Center Associate, you will learn through job instructions the technical skills and quality specifications to safely manufacture a shoe. Learn and become familiar with New Balance manufacturing goals, processes and procedures, towards meeting customer demand. Keep an organized workspace to follow the 6S principles and ensure a Lean manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Ability to lift light to moderate weight (up to 25 lbs.) and to stand for long periods of time.
Excellent communication skills.
Desire to work in a team environment.
Proven ability to accept change readily.
