Today, RFGH is a 25-bed critical access facility that provides health care for more than 30,000 residents living in Somerset County, which extends from Skowhegan to the Canadian border.

All trayline workers are responsible for accuracy in patient tray set-up in accordance with diet orders.
They assemble salads, desserts, and beverages for all diets and transport completed trays to patient rooms.
Trayline workers also perform assigned cleaning tasks in the kitchen and other duties as required.

Food service experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
