As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties - Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary - Schedule appointments - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficient in typing and data entry with excellent accuracy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems We a looking to fill a part time position 2 days a week.
Pay will depend on experience.
