Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP), which seeks to strengthen individuals, families and communities through direct services and community collaborations that create solutions to poverty, is looking to hire a self-motivated and dynamic full-time Early Childhood Supervisor in our Child & Family Services department.
Working out of Skowhegan Early Head Start, this position will provide leadership to and foster growth of classroom teaching teams, promote a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement, as well as facilitate interdisciplinary work and collaboration among education programs and staff within Child and Family Services and other KVCAP programs.
Requirements:
