We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent MRI Tech to join our dynamic medical team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to create diagnostic images for patient treatment.
As an MRI Tech, you will work directly with radiologists to analyze image quality and ensure accurate patient diagnosis.
You will also be expected to maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
This role requires a strong understanding of MRI operations, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
1.
Operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders.
2.
Evaluate the quality of MRI scans, ensuring clear images for accurate diagnosis.
3.
Assist radiologists with image interpretation and analysis.
4.
Adhere strictly to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain patient safety during MRI procedures.
5.
Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all procedures and findings.
6.
Provide clear instructions to patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
7.
Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance, reporting any technical issues promptly.
8.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of radiology and MRI technology.
9.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
10.
Respect patient confidentiality and adhere to all professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
1.
ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing2.
ARRT advanced MR certification3.
Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable4.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification5.
