Office Assistant
Bonney Staffing has partnered with a local company that is a leading provider for machine parts and repairs nationwide and internationally.
They are looking for someone to join their small, friendly team.
The Shipping and Receiving Administrative Clerk in Skowhegan, Maine is responsible for all inventory coming in and out of the warehouse facility.
Job duties include counting, imputing data, and other administrative duties.
Candidates will also be responsible for accounts receivable and payable along with payroll duties.
You will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, accounting, and inventory control.

High School Diploma/GED Experience with Microsoft Office Accounts Payable/Receivable Experience Required Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed Ability to work in a multi-faceted role Shipping and Receiving Administrative Assistant Details:
